Meet Our Therapist

Jacqueline Gabardy

Over my 14 years in practice as an acupuncturist, herbalist, massage therapist, and reproductive health specialist, I have helped thousands of people navigate their health through Chinese medicine. Despite my experience and training, I consider myself a forever student–I am constantly curious to better understand the body and of its intricate processes even more than I already do.

Since before I graduated from acupuncture school, I began to develop my specialty in reproductive health. This is in large part because of my own experience with Chinese medicine which helped me heal from heavy, painful periods and long, irregular cycles, after dealing with them for over a decade. After that, it became my life’s mission to share this medicine with anyone out there who could benefit from it, especially all the women I knew who didn’t even realize that acupuncture was an option that would offer relief.

I frequently treat uterine conditions such as endometriosis, adenomyosis, fibroids, or cysts, and hormone imbalances such as PCOS, amenorrhea, or perimenopause. I have supported patients of all ages and through all stages of life, including puberty, pregnancy, postpartum, or post-menopause.

I don’t have any kids of my own, but I have assisted parents to be in their reproductive journey. I am a proud fellow of the Acupuncture and TCM Board of Reproductive Medicine. I support those looking to conceive, whether that is via natural conception or with assisted reproductive technologies such as IVF or IUI. Together we can create a plan to help you reach your health goals in collaboration with modern medicine.

Restore. Relieve. Rebalance.

TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE (TCM)
An integrative, alternative science backed therapy designed to support your body, mind, and manage some health conditions.

WHO IT'S FOR
Men & Women of all ages, busy professionals, athletes, moms, and anyone seeking alternative solutions for better health and balance.

ACUPUNCTURE
A type of medical therapy that uses fine needles to stimulate specific points on the body to balance energies (Qi, Blood, Yin & Yang), promote healing, and restore optimal function.

BODYWORK / MASSAGE
TCM bodywork techniques help improve circulation, release tension, and support overall wellness.

  • CUPPING – Uses cups on the skin to promote circulation, move Qi, detoxify, and release muscle tension.
  • GUA SHA – A gentle scraping technique that improves circulation and reduces tightness.
  • ACUPRESSURE – Stimulation of acupuncture points using pressure.

ACUPUNCTURE INJECTION THERAPY (AIT)
Acupuncture Injection Therapy (AIT) combines acupuncture with targeted injections of sterile, natural substances into specific acupuncture points, providing the benefits of both acupuncture stimulation and therapeutic treatment.
ELECTROACUPUNCTURE
Electroacupuncture is a modified form of traditional acupuncture that applies a mild electrical current to the acupuncture needles to increase stimulation.
By attaching small electrodes to the needles, practitioners can deliver a continuous, adjustable electrical pulse to the targeted tissues.
This technique bridges ancient Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) concepts of optimizing “Qi” (energy flow) with Western medical principles of neurostimulation and tissue repair.
