Sheetal Kale

I have dedicated my medical career to practicing women’s health and believe that all women deserve easy access to comprehensive care at every stage of life. By carefully listening to my patients, I strive to understand their unique situations and make complex medical issues understandable, empowering them to make informed decisions based on their priorities and solid knowledge. Whether helping with birth control, menstrual issues, menopause, hormone imbalances, or weight management, I find immense joy in providing care tailored to each woman’s needs. I am grateful for supportive patients over several years, who have found me despite the odds!

As a board-certified minimally invasive laparoscopic and robotic surgeon, I specialize in advanced surgical techniques, such as hysterectomies, while staying grounded in evidence-based medicine. My passion for OB/GYN and Obesity Medicine stems from a deep love for Obstetrics, Gynecology, Surgery, and Primary Care, allowing me to blend my clinical expertise with compassionate patient care.

I was born and raised in Mumbai, India, where my passion for medicine blossomed early, influenced by my physician mother and engineer father. After earning my medical degree from Grant Medical College, I moved to the U.S. with my husband, to pursue OB/GYN training in Rochester, NY. Now settled in Phoenix, Arizona, with our two teenage sons, we enjoy traveling, hiking and playing tennis. We are total foodies for a variety of foods around the world! I look forward to caring for you and being part of your health journey!
